without a whirlwind effort
that saunters the earth
with light paths towards solace;
For with patience
our dreams to be have come
forth unveiling a reality
unlike no dimension imagined;
The moon shies away
from the earth in hopes
of being missed on a journey
uncontrolled by man;
For the relation
between the moon and us
reveals a distance too real
to seal in our imaginations;
The moon is being
swallowed in the sky’
too deep in an abyssal
of drowning stars
to save itself …
from man’s destruction.
